Pirates of the Caribbean

I am working on a new painting for my store inspired by my recent visit to Disney Land in California.  My all time favorite ride has always been The Pirates of the Caribbean.  I am combining a plaque that is actually a fountain with my favorite scene of the ride.  I will post the final painting when it is finished, but here is the work in progress.

My name is Holly Simental owner of Mama Kiki's and artist for Mama Kiki's on etsy.com.  I love my family and my dog.  I love almost all things outdoors.  I love growing plants.  I have such a broad range of interests I really cannot list them all.  Currently it is winter and I am trying to back country ski telemark style on what little snow the sierra Nevada has to offer this season.  I like to ski and draw on my days off in between my family time and work.  I am blessed to have 4 days off a week because I am a nurse and I work 3 twelve hour shifts a week.
